I just love the image of birthing compassion, justice, and liberation. So often we approach life as fighting cruelty, injustice, and enslavement. What a beautiful empowering image of our human potential to give birth or bring alive such beauty. The opportunities and approaches for doing this are mind-blowing.

Currently, my place for making a difference in the world is through my work at a progressive spiritual community in Michigan. (www.christ-community.net) It is an amazing, open community which is interested in universal wisdom, many spiritual traditions, and integral spirituality. I have amazing coworkers, I get to study integral theory, and I have the opportunity to be creative daily. Sounds like a perfect job? Many days it can be.
I have also just begun a yoga teacher training program. it is an amazing experience, and I am thrilled to say that I have no idea where it will lead!
